High-performance oven that do not sacrifice design

The ovens from the Joy Traditional line are highly responsive and able to quickly recover calories dispersed during the cooking phase. The hearth is composed of a one-piece refractory block of 7 cm, with an average weight of 250 kg, designed for homogeneous and efficient cooking.

The main feature of this line is the simplicity of use, also given by convenient and intuitive control panels that allow you to adjust the speed and keep the hearth always at temperature. The rotating hearth also makes it possible to cook a great number of pizzas in very shot periods of time.

Lastly, Joy ovens have a hemispherical outer cover made of water-repellent fiberglass, with a color that can be customized according to the Ral color chart. Upon request, we can apply anti-rust treatments for outside use.
